We only accept returns if your item arrives damaged or differs from your original order.
Please make sure your address is correct when placing an order and collect your package promptly. We aren't responsible for packages not received due to an incorrect address or a missed collection.
If you need an item reshipped, you'll have to return the original package and pay an additional shipping fee.
